Ctually the new content is spread all over the game. So you need to replay it at least once, f you want to fully enjoy it.

There are people having a bug that seems to only be fixable using a new Chapter 3 fresh save.

I finished the game yesterday (with DM). Honestly, besides the transition movies, I didn't see any difference in the game at all except CH3, (Played Roche's side). And maybe some ducks. Seriously, what did the 9GB patch contain?

This is what Devs said in the forum recentely. They fully redesigned the lighting in the game and added a few other things. Then 10GB patch is mostly because of the language packs and the previous patches all included. If you do a fresh install from 0-->EE, you'll get the arena, the dark mode, the new quests, NPCs, monsters and so on. That should justify the size of EE.
