I passed the first and second part of the PC, but the third part I want to buy on the PS4, if I move from a PC to save the PS4?

That's impossible. But maybe CDPR will allow you to pick your previous choices via an ingame method. MAYBE.

The devs have repeatedly said they are looking into ways of doing it but i have to agree with Sid here, in that i doubt they will be able to and might have to do the Mass Effect Genesis style of choosing options from previous games.

Not that it matters anyway since the previous games have little effect on the follow up.

No, I don't think so. I think they will make a "dialogue system" like in Knights of the Old Republic 2
