when your not on Full screen you cannot adjust the screen by clicking on the corners/sides to drag the screen smaller. I am playing on a 4k monitor.. 3840x2160 resolution. And i have the game set at 1920x2160 resolution. This leaves black Bars on the top and bottom of the game screen and it looks funky. I have a picture but uploading it here says it's to big.
