Hopefully, the artwork in the collector's edition comes with copious amounts of Triss Merigold concepts. Like skimpy dresses with good cleavage, etc.

Question to CDPR artisans and 3d modellers: After the game release in february will you post some of your work and WIPs for Witcher 3 like you did with W2 on CGHUB and zbrushcentral ? Many of peoples could learn many usefull from your works.

That art comes with the GOG pre-order. The filename is "Hjalmar2". Also, he's fully bearded and mustached and his head is tilted downwards and shadowed, so not surprising the scar doesn't stand out (though you can see some of the other scarring from that incident). It's visible in the other image that came with the pre-order, though I don't know if that design is final:
