Good, that means we won't live in a Sharpen(ed) World. I'm loving it with more and more with every new screenshot i see, this is excellent.
Some people just would have liked the game to be a bit more dreary and less colourful (like in those early screenshots), that's all. Would have made it seem a bit more 'realistic', from a subjective viewpoint of course.
As for the new screenshots (and the screenshots before) - let's see if the game still looks like that in motion, and then we're talking.

Wow, Novigrad looks so good. Look at those hookers, lol. The game still has that painterly quality about it.
I think that it lacks a little bit of tesselation or bump mapping...I mean look at the ground,it looks flat,it's just a simple texture.

amazing news screens, once you remove the HUD, and you get a bit closer to see everything, it looks so much better, its like the real W3 appears.
I'm definitely going to bind the HUD on/off button to something close to WASD or use a mod that keeps only whats necessary when it is.

Bump mapping always looks flat when you look at it from extreme angle.
To tessellate this would be stupid, especially for todays hardware.
