"Semurai" Jacket rarity? (Streetkid path)

Im curious if anyone ever got a legendary "Semurai" Fake Jacket out of the "Small man, big mouth" gig from the Street Kid life path? After savescamming for over an hour the highest rarity I got is epic... is it even possible to get a legendary version of it without console commands/mods?

Impossible, except in few containers in GIGs/Quests, it's impossible to spawn/loot legendary items. The max is epic and if you are at minimum, level 34-36

a bit disapointing... some items deserve legendary or iconic status.... like sasqash hammer or this jacket... : /

you can't own everything (if you don't spawn it into the inventory via console). Your path and decisions gives you access to some items and different choices to different items or nothing... For example if you choose peaceful way out of All Foods, you can't get Royce's iconic weapon. But you can get something iconic from Dum Dum.
