sensitivity to silver, once and for all

Please, if anyone knows exactly what effect "+x% sensitivity to silver" has, could you tell me? Please, no "best guesses" though.

There's no single answer, because each monster has its own sensitivity to silver. If you look at the Lua scripts for the monsters, you can see how sensitive they are to various attacks. Here are a couple of example:
DefAbility { Name = "m0_drown", AttrsMod = { PointMax = { VP_Mod = 25 }, Attack_Mod = 115, Defence = { Dodge_Mod = 90, Parry_Mult = 0 }, MediumResistance = { Steel_Mult = 0.37, Silver_Mult = 2.5, Attack_Mult = 0.25 }, EffectImmunity = { Pain = 1, Bleeding = 1, Blind = 1, Disarm = 1, Stun = 1, Poisoning = 1, CharmHostile = 1, ShieldBreak = 1, }, EffectResistance = { Burn_Mult = 0.90, Falter_Mod = 50, Fear_Mult = 0.05
So you see that for the Drowner, it takes 37% of the damage that a steel sword normally delivers and 250% of the damage that a silver sword normally delivers. That's what being sensitive to silver means for drowners.
-- Echinops DefAbility { Name = "m0_echin", AttrsMod = { PointMax = { VP_Mod = 70}, Attack_Mod = 100, Defence = { Dodge_Mod = 0, Parry_Mod = 0, Dodge_Mult = 0, Parry_Mult = 0 }, MediumResistance = { Steel_Mult = 0.20, Silver_Mult = 0.60, Fire_Mult = 1.5, Attack_Mult = 0.20 }, EffectImmunity = { Pain = 1, Bleeding = 1, Blind = 1, PreciseHit = 1, Disarm = 1, Fear = 1, Stun = 1, CharmHostile = 1, ShieldBreak = 1, Falter = 1 }, EffectResistance = { Burn_Mult = 1.25
Echinops take 20% of the damage a steel sword gives out, 60% of the damage a silver sword gives out, and 150% of the damage that Igni or a torch gives out.

So does this mean that for a drowner, sensitivity to silver +30% would result in 325% sensitivity?
