Several Gliches

Just for you guys to know I have scoured the entire game and found every single location and did every single quest in the game. I am playing on steam by the way and I know that the game is perfectly installed so it doesn't need to be verified or reinstalled.

Question mark Discovery Areas:
1) South between Condyle and Duen Hen Marker on the No Mans Velen map the Bandit Camp location will not complete and grey out. I have killed everything there and looted every single thing around the area and it won't Grey Out on the main map when you push M, nor on the mini map.

2) In Skellige over on Undvik at the lake in the center there is a Question Mark that can not be discovered. I have searched the entire island for a cave that will go there and or a wall that is illusioned and yet can't find how to open it up. The Quest associated there (looking on my ebook for the game) is called "Torn Piece of Paper". in fact the boat isn't even there and there were no bandits in that location. The fact is that the boat is a good 150foot steps to the east or west (can't remember) of the location and the boat is highlighted Red when I use my witcher senses. The bandits were there. I killed them and when I try to look at the boat it is red and I find the spot that says "examine" but when I push E it won't examine it, even if I walk closer to it it won't examine and the examine icon disappears if I am not standing at a certain spot ON THE BOAT.

3) Directly north of Freya's Garden in the ocean there is an island that has a near perfect circle in the middle of it with a boat dingy that you can get on and sail. Well if you go north east of there to the island with the guarded treasure and immediately next to it to the west there is a smuggler's cache there. That cache when you get to it shows a boat icon like the dingys that you can sail on. However boat is a full fledged regular boat, massive. There is only one way on it (there is another boat like this at the bottom left of the entire map of Skellige and it has the same issue with the boat icon) and that is to sail next to it and jump up on the boat. Well when you get on this boat there is no way to make it "sail". Yet it is iconed on the mini map and the main map as a regular boat that you can sail. NO other boats this big in the game have these icons (accept the one at the bottom left of the map that's just like this one). IF you can sail these two boats how do you do it, because I searched the entire thing without it being able to be moved.

Experience and level gliches:

1) Everytime I kill something even if I have 100% or more experience addition added exp the exp always always gives me 1-3 experience even if I take off all the bonus exp % items. Kill a Nekker level 4-9? always 2 exp. Kill any wolf, level 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, 23, 24, 25 all of them give me 2 exp. I know this glitch is already reported and you're working on it.

2) Mobs don't level with Geralt, no matter the difficulty setting, so how than does the witcher make it to level 70? I went and found every single question mark location and killed everything at them and only got from level 35 to 37 and a half. I have exhausted all of the quests in the game accept for the gwent ones and the fist fighting ones. The highest level mob in the game is in Skellige the island just north of where you meet Philippa at the ancient ruins where you have to find the moon stone. It's a Royal Griffin level 48 guarding a treasure hunt quest location. Why aren't there any mobs that are same level as Geralt as he levels so he can get adiquit exp?

Main Quest and Secondary Quest Glitches:
1) Main quest titled "Nameless" I skipped a step but I finished the quest. Some time later I came across something in the area when I was rumaging around after the quest and found a red glowing thing. I ran up to it and examined it and it regave me the quest "Nameless" however when I have it slotted it has nothing to do for the entire quest and has all areas green checked off. Yet I have the quest Nameless still after looking at that red object.

2) The secondary quest Novigrad - Closed City. The same thing as above I missed a step found it later after I completed the quest and it gave me the quest back and yet it has nothing to do on it because all things are checked off.

How do I get rid of these quests off my quest tracker?

3) Brothers in Arms Velen, I talked to Kiera Metz and it failed the quest though it says "talk to Keira Metz"

4) Following the thread, I went to do this one before the end of Chapter 1 when it said "finish any side quests or they will be failed". Yet it failedi it for me.

5) The Gangs of Novigrad, talk to Clever. I talked to Clever and it didn't register that I did. I went to find him at his base and was standing on his location and he wasn't there. There was no arrow signifying he was up above me or below me and he wasn't in the room or building I was in. Couldn't complete this.

numbers 3-5 couldn't complete.

New Glitch:
The quest where you find the highest level monster in the game the arch griffin level 48 up north of the main island of Skellige where you pick up the level 13 quest to find religious books. Well after killing the arch griffin and picking up the treasure hunt level 48 this quest (the level 48 one) can not be completed even after getting everything.

Can only comment on this one. Whereas the level cap was rumored to be 70, the developer confirmed yesterday there isn't a cap. The new content they have coming this fall and next year will add more stuff to the game, which will allow a player to reach those higher levels, but as of now there isn't enough content to go that high unless you start farming seashells/pearls/merchant selling or something equally not useful/uninteresting.

I know the level cap is not 70 and there is none. However there are people using cheats that are swearing up and down the level cap is 70. But yet CDPR already stated months ago there is no level cap and again the other day. Yet these fools keep saying the level cap is 70 and that CDPR is full of it.

by the way selling pearls and any kind of object item does not give you exp. The best exp is to kill wolves and only wolves level 5 with aard maxed out and slotted, one shots them all on the easiest difficulty without using the swords, fists or crossbow. since every mob only gives 1 xp or 2 after level 37.

Same here, I've completed the entire game now and every open quest marker however there are a few that refuse to go away and one of them is the one you are mentioning. Perhaps there is a chest under ground or something and the game is glitching out, there's nothing visible there anyway. Definitely seems like a game area bug.

Yep, the quest is called "Shortcut" and I swam to the bottom and got the chest just randomly, then after that found the boat and got the note and read it, but my game activated the new quest and the next task is to read the note - but I already read the note. No amount of reading the note, dropping the note and picking it back up or any other activity will result in the game treating it like I have red the note - it just will not register. That along with the fact that I already acquired the contents of the chest and thus have completed the quest ultimately mean that this quest is buggy. Even after my game is over now that quest is still open and can not proceed on it.

Yep, I've found about 4 or 5 larger boats in the game that are just sitting idle floating in the ocean and once you jump through hoops to try and get on board there turns out to not be anything useful there anyway. So you're lured into investigate this interesting looking boat and not only left disappointed that it is just a visual prop that serves no other purpose, but it's worse than that because there are several bugs that can be triggered due to very poor collision detection in different areas of the boats. For example just walking from one end of the medium sized boat to the other and back a few times may result in Geralt magically being transported about 40 feet in the air above the boat and falling to the deck of the boat for instadeath as if he were catapulted in the air or something. Also, swimming around the water near the hull of the boat has broken collision detection and if you persistently swim around very exploratory you can swim right through the hull into the interior of the boat, and you can climb up the stairs right through the closed hinged grating. Very broken collision detection overall on those boats.

I did all the fist fights and am supreme mega champion of the world, I won all horse races and I played all regular gwent matches with everyone in the game until I won their cards as well as buying all cards I found from everyone that sells them. I've completed all main quests, every secondary quest that has popped up, various quests I stumbled upon one way or another, all treasure hunt quests and other than the level 48 archgriffin on the island north of Ard Skellige, I don't know of anything else left alive in the game that is something I can go fight to continue gaining levels. I have finished the game completely at level 35 with not really anything left to do, or at least nothing left that will allow me to gain 5/10/20 more levels.

I had a problem with the Cleaver quest and it marked it as failed for me too, although I did find him and talk to him.

I never got a quest to do that island, where did you find the quest? I just stumbled upon the island myself and found the guy, already had the books he wanted and just gave them to him and it completed for me right away.

Another problem I have is I found a chest in the ancient location that the sunstone is found but it is locked and I can't find a key anywhere so I'm unable to lock that chest.
