Severe texture pop-in post 1.5

Logged in for the first time today after the 1.5 update and I decided to do a quest or two in Novigrad only to find that half the buildings initially have no textures, flash like mad and take quite a while to re-render. Anyone else getting this issue?

Win 7 x64
i5 3570 3.4 quad
Nvidia 660ti (2gig version), 353.06 drivers
8 gig ram

Same here, since 1.05 texture pop in has become massive and many refuse to load unless im 3 feet from them.

Getting as well especially in Novigrad same goes to the npc
