Given CDPR reputation, I think we're in good hands on that, There are so many attractive man and woman in the Witcher III, and they are not schoolgirl with a katana like many JRPG has, these women are beautiful and unique in a very believable way, no ones really look the same in Witcher III, and I think the game has the most beautiful female cast in the history of western RPG. Now I admit I didn't look at men too much through, other than Geralt I suppose Dandelion is quite good looking?
I would also like to add that there is a very huge difference between porn and erotica. Sometimes its not about what you can see, its about what you CAN'T see. Can see and can't see contrast, chemistry, emotions, context etc are things that separates tastefull scene from porn. And a well made tastefull scene can be thousand time more hot then any hardcore porn.
I personaly dont believe in ''it adds to narrative'' and ''it adds to realism'' nonsence, sounds more like an excuse to have it\not have it(it can spice up the atmosphere though imo). Sex sells, its a well known fact. And not only to virgins and teenagers, as some people like to insist for some reason. I dont see any problems with that.

Following on from the transhuman genitalia thread, they could create some type of mission that's based around the hunt and return of a stolen prototype magnum horse dong.
It has lethal & cybernetic capabilities. Like shooting semen at supersonic speeds and the ability to hack into vaults and other locked hardware with brute physical force.
If wielding it during romancing, POV would be the preferable angle. I'm not buying the game unless this is implemented.

Heck, the character creator has you butt naked (dangly bits included) but this was censored because in hte presentation because CDPR didn't want that to be the focal point of the presentation but that part will be uncensored in the final game.
Now whether you can take people to motels to have sex with them there no idea, V has their own place (and you can get new home locations as you progress through the game) and CDPR has confirmed that you can have one night stands and more meaningful relationships with NPCs.

Nothing against sex or anything related to it being in cyberpunk, but as far as I'm concerned, this and romance are like the two last thing that raise any interests to me in a videogame, mostly if that means banging an NPC with not much in return, I bet there will be brothel and stuff like that, but to me it's more to flesh out the lore than to be something in it's own way (unless they go Fallout 2's style, add a bonus kamasutra skill and you can be a porn actor/actress, or stuff like that).
