This thread isn't even about romance options. It's people debating about whether they want preset sexual cutscenes or ultra HD vascular cocks with full nudity.

As funny as i find it that there are more votes for straight up porn, it would never happens, it would be rated R in america and shops wouldn't sell it. not so bad in the uk. so id say something along the lines of softcore porn, might be as close to that as you could get and would still be doubtful, which is a shame cuz i wouldn't be against it.
Well said! This is why I don't go vocal on those "nudity amplifies RPG" threads that seem to be popping up lately. The scene has to be meaningful, immersive and mature first, then it can in theory be improved by nudity (assuming nudity is a natural progression to the scene). Simply pasting tits and genitals on top of things doesn't improve anything. Saying nudity will automatically deepen the RP is wrong, imo.
I guess many here take the depth of the RP elements and NPC interaction for granted due to W3. I don't.
I fully expect to see nudity in game where its applicable. Obviously night city is going to have its own version of a red-light district in some form or another for one.
I hope they have not done any censorship or if they added it, it's optional, why? this is a mature game lots of us know that, and most of us when we play games that are mature we expect to deal with mature subjects, how do we deal with that subject depends mostly on how we feel, I do not know how many people here play tabletop RPG, like D&D, shadowrun, vampires and others, but on those mature games sometimes you wanted to play a character a certain way because thats the way you wanted the character to behave, it could be a former drug addict or a nudist, or a person that had to depend on prostitution to survive, etc etc, and those that played RPG sometimes went into silly mode just playing with this "mature" theme, it was about having the choice and having fun.
Now with CP2077 i hope the censorship truly does not exist because if i find myself in silly mode i may end up playing a nudist V running and gunning everybody in easy difficulty, and when i'm in my more serious gamer mode, i will dress V with so many items that will help her defense, that an armored tank will feel naked beside her, and obviously I will play in super-ultra-mega-insane difficulty, (grew up with nintendo hard games, I like the difficulty, yeah you people can call me a masochist, i'm used to it, I still find the dark souls games easy).

City is nothing without prostitution imho. Its kinda interesting its middle class thing. Also they call it "Social Services Agency"
It doesn't really matter if its legal in the context or not. If the Cyberpunk world is a critique on rampant consumerism, selling your own body is high on the curve.
I am reminded of Neuromancer and Molly's (the 'solo' of the story) backstory. Apparently she funded her augments by selling her own body while a cybernetic implant 'switched her brain off' during the deed. That's what I'm going for. I hope CDPR is inventive enough in the various ways people can screw themselves over for money.

Its pretty screw up world if its middle class thing. Usually poors pay for sex, because everybody hates them, or then richs who can afford it.
Btw, if its middle class thing, shouldnt it mean almost every person you meet while walking on street is a hooker. Im starting to like Cyberpunk more.

Is it though? How will sex be such an integral part to the story? The developers make an off handed comment about trying to stay true to the cyberpunk genre and this sub runs wild expecting full nudity and a discount porno game with the level of details discussed in this thread alone.

Did they really promise these things though? They've always said the game was subject to change based on the developer decisions. And even at that we don't know that much about what this game will entail so I'd say your reaction is premature.

It always depends on how it is presented.
Also in detail, sex can be very appealing.

Well, generally speaking, sex can be a big part of the player experience or even the story. For me at least, romance and sex (however graphic or tame) is a pretty important part of any story, because it expands on my character's emotions and connections with their partners, and it immerses me greatly. To see my character extend such trust and show such emotions is the most amazing way to let me roleplay to my fullest extent! But I do see what you mean, some people here are expecting a literal porn game, which I agree is a little ludicrous
