That depends entirely on the country. Here in the Netherlands, games are generally only grouped by category, like Racing, Sports or Shooter.
the forum is for players talking to other players, not sure you should come here with a greater expectation than that. Its theoretically possible a Dev might see and agree with your feedback, but its not a strong likelyhood. Also, yes some of things you prioritize might not be things the devs prioritize for the game. And overall, no the game isn't going to change much, any feedback other than bugs is probably only likely to effect future content. And somethings are likely out of scope of even future content.
Bugs is an exception, there is a specific place to report bugs, that is likely forwarded to developers in some form. But this is not the bug area.
why would there be physical libraries.
And this isn't a utopian future. Also some things are outside of the experience of the average person in this future. Galleries are for the rich, npcs talk about those kinds of things in Konpeki Plaza. Which is not that far from the real world. Most museums/libraries accessible to the common are government funded. What happens when the government is subservient to the corporate interests of profit? The most museum like place is an Arasaka building to commemorate the fall of arasaka tower, but its also clearly meant to present pro Arasaka propaganda .
The average person's gallery in night city is the murals on the buildings, and their libraries are in the net and data shards.
That may be true but its still not up to some players who are against more sexual content in this game to claim that this is not the game for sexual content.
Likewise i could claim that this is not the game for whatever those people demand this game to get.
its true that neither opinion is more riteous, arguments could be made for either case. The game is not sexless, And arguments their should be more sex are as valid as arguments there should be more Guns, or more melee.
Lets not get silly wanting more and longer sex scenes. Game is not about that. I could agree that there should be a couple, not only one (ok, two) prostitute in red district so it doesnt look weird but i would much more appreciate romance dialogues and storylines than work on extra sex content.

Porn is fake as hell and ridiculous. I find way more arousing and even believable the sex scenes from tv shows. Probably because they're played by real actors (funny that simulated sex is better made).
It should be easy to copy/paste already existing joy toy NPC's, it doesn't take a lot of work to have more of them in various districts. The effort should be on creating new content (romances, dining/clubbing/dancing mini-quests etc.).

It's a dystopia, not a utopia, and everything under the sun should be portrayed, even if it's not to your taste. I'd like to see more content (romances) myself. It wouldn't be hard to copy/paste the joy toy NPC's to other districts to create the impression the sex-adds are there for a reason.
Damn right. This game was advertised as a crazy dystopian, ultra-decadent world, but we see very little of it, if at all.

wow, did I felt silly.But honestly, it would be quite distracting and not as meaningful, "rewarding" as it is now, if there was more of it. But, hey, whatever makes you happy
The idea of a BD shop somewhere in game and not just for smut but with variety of different experiences - that would pretty amazing!
