Shadow Flickering Bug

There is an issue with the shadows flickering in DirectX 12 version. The issue was even shown in the videos used to demo the Next Gen patch before it launched during the dev talks.

Whats odd is this doesnt happen in DirectX 11 at same settings. I can push out the cascade shadow 1 so far that it stops being noticeable...but then you lose the detailed shadows and it makes it look weird that the leaves are creating such big angular shadows.

Guessing this is due to DirectX 12 version having extra shadows included?
 
Yeah, I assumed this would be one of the major issues fixed in the first patch but apprently, as I still have it in 4.01, this is fine?
 
Yeah. this is an issue at other locations too.
The Quartermaster's tent at Crow's Perch for one.

Hopefully it will get fixed soon.
 
This bug still remains.
No matter how beautiful the graphics are, this ruins everything.

Development should fix this bug as a top priority, but what are they doing?
