Shadows are VERY bugged in the Next-gen version

Since i am new on this forum i cant make a thread yet so ill post here.

Shadow are VERY bugged on the next gen version without raytracing. Most light sources in the game dont emit the shadows they are supposed to (or extremely bland ones).
I consider the next-gen version almost unplayable because it looks so bad.

like look at the indoor scene in the second link. Its just looks atrocious. Shadows are completely gone on the ground. And this is with everything maxed (no rt ofc).
And again, sadly a lot of shadows are missing/bland in the game. Especially noticable indoors.

Also wanna mention that the missing of HBAO is another different problem that is also worsening the look of the game when it comes to shadows.
