I didn't notice with the last patch (1.30) but Shani is not in her place. Before the last patch, once you finished HoS she stayed in her house preparing everything for her travel to the western front. Recently I pass again for her location but she is not there. Does everyone has the same problem?

No, she always left after you completed HoS, you probably visited her before the ending.

after the ending of HoS she is there to talk and play gwent, even after the main ending
don't know about 1.31 version, i don't have save games file compatible, i'll check as soon as i can

the place is under construction, the door is closed

They patched it a while after release, she did not disappear after HoS's final quest before that patch.

Really? Ah well, that's what I get for having played the expansion about 3 weeks after it was released.

I've never had her hang around after the final HoS mission.
