For me, I think it looks good and I use a mod called The Enhancement System so I can upgrade it so there isn't really anything wrong with it either stats wise.

Can you climb on those cliffs on the left?

If you're talking about the two that seem to form the two ends of a broken bridge, then no, you can not. As soon as you get more than half-way up one, you reach the end of the map, and you're turned back. The other one is completely out of bounds.
