For some reason I can never get that tattoo mod to show up in my game.

i think you have to rename those files like this:
002_Tati neck tats.archive
003_Tatiana body tattoos.archive
for example file name list should look like this (in my case: solo body, tattoo and UV framework for tattoo overlay)

It's the default. I've tried some of the UV bodies but never made a V where they looked right with it. Others have had good results though.
Thanks! I think context helps, like having V doing something or posing somewhere not typical, or holding a gun, or just plain looking crazy.
