Today I played one scenario I thought I would never play. I sided with So Mi.
Got to say, that way feels pretty good and is thoroughly satisfying. All those agents there for me? The showdown at the space station is better than the Arasaka rundown. I didn't expect it to be so... rich in combat, and also accompanied by a growing feeling that I was doing one tiny thing that is right.
Tho, one thing was a bit of a downer. Like she ever thought I ever believed her. Her story smelled beyond rot through and through. Though, writers got one thing right. There is the option to say I'd have helped her anyway. As I would have. Tho, since she is never honest, I don't side with her in my lore.
A couple more.
Now, the game didn't get one next thing right.
I wanted to shoot Reed as soon as he showed. No talking. The game wanted us to exchange a few. Well, I had a surprise for the game. Straight from the stream.
Not my friend. Not my worry. Hope Myers joins you soon. Might see to it myself if she'd dare show up.

This was an epic moment. All the effers thinking they got us.
Guess what? I'd have gotten them myself single hand and blindfolded, but So Mi wouldn't let me.
They burned down to the ground all the same.
Dunno how it often happens that I end up with some blade so close to me.
