I did a search on IMDB to see who voiced Fingers and didn't see any credit.
The NPC looks and sounds a lot like Colm Feore.
It's V's new nightly routine, merc hard, play hard and all that! I'm currently picking through jobs to clear a few of those Complete All Missions in Location X trophies, nothing finer than finding a lively spot with a good view in here and pressing [square] to leave V to let it all out for a while. She's a streetkid but there's a bit of a cybergoth in us all

Of all the runs I have done, I haven't seen any dolls leaving before so it was a bit of a surprise.

I have to climb up and down 3 megatowers; take out 3 elite snipers and any support troops, traps or drones around them; sneak up on maybe 1 or more net-runners overseeing the security grid while you just wait and jump onto the float?
