I did this too, well I didn't recreate the scene but I did spend an unhealthy amount of time up there with him, such a great atmosphere up there, always raining, always midnight, quiet music...it's very peaceful in a melancholic way, I love it.
Such a powerful scene in the film. By the way there is another Blade Runner reference
as you are following Placide. You'll see the name "Batty's Hotel" pop up as you first walk into the building,

A new day, a new adventure, And Callie has found some clothing that is multipurpose.
"Viva La Victorieee for the sexiest military outfit looting can provide!"
While the night is still young, its the perfect time to enjoy some of Night Cities' most beautiful scenery.
we start in the park.
"Ooh, I just remember, I also have the perfect outfit to look like I belong here, people are staring and I have no idea why?!"
*A quick change later (dont ask where or how)*
"Aahh, its working, no more staring
Alright, dawn is starting to arrive, I might best change back for my new op. But, before I take off I really have to get some snaps for my wall! First a cool statue, and while I like seeing them in my crosshairs, they can do art!"
And by the time light rose and a new day has started, Callie has arrived at the scene for her latest op. Apparently some people are evicted, but they refuse to leave the premises. The Cities' Fixers have called on Callie to 'remove' the problem and do it stealthily so the envictors don't know it was the city via its Mercs.
"First we pretend like like we're herefor some sightseeing"
But as the sexiest military uniform, it can also be used for this op because of its supreme camouflage-cloak.
"Time to get into position, and clean out the house."
"Ahh, the perfect spot!"
* 10 stealth-kills later *
"Now who's the queen of the Jungle!'
With the op completed with flying colors, the only thing that remained was to vanish like a ghost, or whatever obscure figure this is supposed to be ... What matters however, is that Callie remains undetected and unrecognized!
"With some new tech Callie uses a holo-device to communicate with her contact. However the contact had some settings a bit off. It make Callie appear like she was a legend from the past.

from the film. Its a nice spot to sit for awhile in between doing gigs and other side jobs.

Unfortuately, Axii didn't work, so she tried straight up intimidation. (yeah, a little fun with photo editing)
Anna couldn't be intimidated, so some persuasion would have to do.
A few days later, and V discovers that Anna's fight against corruption didn't let up.
