So I tried to recreate the NPC above as a new female V in the character creation. Closest I could get was this as a result:
When I scanned the NPC, her affiliation was "Arasaka", so the new V has the corpo origin story.
And, totally at random, another NPC, with similar hairstyle, found during the intro at Lizzie's Bar (always great for dramatic lighting)
Similar NPC in the original post found again during a subsequent play session near Tom's Diner in Watson this time. No cybernetic Kiroshi optics, but they could still be implants with a more natural look to them:
She has the uncanny likeness of an old friend from High School. Never fade away.

Little random assortment of shots of my recent run of Night City
Love a bit of cleverness. Had to look up the name of the hotel in CP to see if it was the same name in the movie (been decades since I saw Blade Runner), discovered that it is not but it's cleverer than that, Advocet, latin, meaning to invoke, to summon to a place, to gain a respite / delay. And that's the name of the hotel upon whose roof I now spend hours sat relaxing, or leave the PS4 essentially in screen save mode and leave it running whilst getting on with other stuff. Perfect, whoever was responsible for such things in the development, I doff my cap
