Ah yes, that mission honestly felt like Vietnam to me, I thought it was just completely unexpected, hilarious and unrealistic that Panam just wanted to make this casual drop on the character that stole from her but yet you end up going into this mine shaft filled with enemies armed to the teeth and then you both just jump out and start shooting. It felt strangely like it didn't fit at all with the storyline.

If you are trying to post pictures from the cyberpunk screenshot folder that were taken with the in-game system (press 'N') it is odd that you would get this message. Are you playing in a high resolution like 2k or 4k? If so that might be the reason as the forum doesn't seem to like pictures bigger than 1080p (1920x1080).
If you are creating your screenshots another way you will need to make sure they are in .jpg format to keep the file as small as possible without ruining the picture - 90% to 95% quality should be small enough usually.
