I think there's a missed opportunity in this mission. If you hack into the surveillance cameras once you get to level -01, you can switch to a view of Evelyn in the XBD studio. Would have been great if V had an added dialogue option with Judy at that point. As it is, nothing is said about it, although, they seem to know exactly where she is...

I thought exactly the same the first time :)
I see her and I believe she is alive, she seems to be moving a little bit. Why can't I tell Judy anything ?

This was the first part that I managed to jump up onto.

And then I started climbing the ledges...

Unfortunately, that dark piece you see in the upper left corner is a beam running all the way up the ledges here and this was as high as I could go here because it goes inside the building. I had to start on the other side of the beam to get on top.

And now on to the views as high up as I could get on the Med Center.
