I can't see half of what's on this thread, it always takes an eternity to load.

Agree about compression, but I really prefer see full size screenshots than thumbnails...

Yep at the beginning, I almost always reached the limit (10MB), now I convert into .jpg then optimize them afterward. So now, screenshots rarely exceeds 1.5 MB. That's the best that I can do without resizing them
