Found the Witcher version of the 7,000 Steps (Skyrim). The wind was really howling up this narrow path, combined with all those clouds moving left to right. Beautiful!

you can disable all HUD elements from the in game menu.
and there are a couple of MODS out there, in this thread, that will also help you disable HUD

Officially had that "creepy old forest" moment in game just now. It was getting to be late night, the snow was falling, the wind had died down just enough that you could every owl and wolf howling off in the distance, then! Then, the moon came out from behind some clouds. It was a full moon. Super moon most likely. My game doesn't like overlays, so I had to crash my system to get this screenshot. You're welcome. Ha!
