I waited a year to see if a PC specific remaster would happen to get all the 'stuff' put back in that wasn't workable on consoles.
Cyberpunk is well underway and i had a gap in my gaming diary So suck up the lack of volumetric fogs, global illumination and tessellation and enjoy.

None of that happened lol, it's neither a remaster nor it's really PC specific. GOTY is just base game + all DLCs + patches and it's 95% identical across all platforms.
