Oy, that is shame. Last year my i9-10900K was fried. A real jewel, it could carry an all-core 5.2 GHz.
It was my mistake, worked on the rig while it was running, and shorted one fan header. Lost both the mobo and the CPU.
I got sloppy with the cpu paste causing it to go under the cpu
plugged in the power supply and that's all it took. The new one I bought
isn't top of the line, but at least now I can play my games.
I don't want to heavily mod the game again until after the expansion.
