SO, reached lvl 60 and started over because I want to do the quests in a different order. (I might have a problem)
My new V is a mix between my first V (my avatar on these forums) and my last V (the butch blonde). Starting as a nomad she doesn't have much makeup, that will change when I get hold of a mirror (on purpose so, a little role-playing).

The picture that cannot be made with photomode, The crystals on the shoulders turn into bright lights if you try. The only clothing item with this light effect afaik. Too bad, looks flashy in a place like Lizzie's bar.

Agree, mods are cool but I think the vanilla game gives you more than enough clothing options. I have a dozen ideas for street kid alone

Main Dogtown quest line done. I did it early so I have about half of the main story left (this is the reason I restarted, I wanted to actually be able to use the new stuff from the expansion in the main quest). I LOVE how my V turned out, not gonna lie. Slightly more relaxed style, with a... sleeping mohawk and less stark contrasts. Also that top is really cute:
