'Legendary' clothing blueprints will appear only ONCE on your FIRST visit to any store in game, they will not appear again. So when you start a new game, get the money first before you go visit a store. Remember there are also quite a few free Legendary cothing blueprints available in game just waiting for you.
<3 yea there is not much else we can do about it. I know it will get patched, but as you said it is a bummer. That is a nice jacket. I can't find the Exo jacks boots specs either.
I do have a few legendary specs, but that jacket is bangin. I will wait to visit stores on my next play through though. Thanks

Completed my search today thanks to lockdown and bit extra time with no work on the police badge armor set all legendary
The helmet i found was a legendary police helmet dont think its part set but matches up well, quite anoying but on inventory screen the chest piece has super armored part but doesn't show ingame as such.
