Shotgun Smartass build - for duck hunting with big brainz

I've just finished a description of an alternate build - Shotgun Smartass. In short we go for passing most attribute checks in dialogues, doors but also for very fast combat (moving fast and flanking enemies to shoot them with a shotgun for lots of damage numbers) combined with a wide array of tech advantages (some hacks to disable cyberware, weapon and more). We say goodbye to those nasty revolvers or even Comrades Hammer, we say no to Contagion addiction...

if you get lvl 20 agi . lvl 20 tech . you will got mini gun and its able to take everything in 1 magazine :0 and its able to shoot from long range through concerte wall :0 . I use this gun farm a boss is my friend take like half hour for kill it. but I kill it
in 5 sec :0 .and this gun cover everything. short mid long range.

There is hacking, buzzsaw and 1000 other ways to one-shot everything. This is not the point of this build (although those shotguns one-shot anyway).
