So I can walk up to a Tiger Klaw and shoot him in the face with a shotgun before anyone reacts to my presence. After killing 200+ of their gang you would think they are watching for me, let alone anyone walking towards them with a shotgun. In mission this does not happen but there are a lot of wanted gangers hanging out that I can collect bounty on. I can take 2 out np before they are shooting back. A rep or gang marked system would be nice to add to game. If I have killed enough gangers they should recognize me on sight and come after me, not let walk up to them.
