Should Auberon be buffed (to make WH more playable) ?

Eithné: 3 engines but value depends on nature cards also works in row stack lists
Jacques: decent deploy value and OK coin spender

Auberon: decent points but not a good engine it's only good in thrive lists

Viraxis: the ability is very good but there are 2 problems: NR devotion can't tutor this card and you need a good target on the board
Buffed Pincer manouver in 8.5 patch will definitely fix the problems in devotion decks but the card will only work consistently with that leader

I would agree with NR if it didn't have the best echo in the game. While it's not connected to their evolving card it inadvertently buffs it through powerful engines and formation. Viraxis' ability is too good by comparison to the rest to be at the bottom of that list. MO has a trash echo in addition to Auberon. When's the last time you saw Ard Gaeth

Regarding Viraxas: he is very strong combined with Shieldwall + Seltkrik + Anseis. So it was basically possible to start 3 duells which could have intense value combined with shields. Other valuable targets are:
War Elephant (+8, but risk of tall removal)
Bloody Baron (Reset a unit)
Coën: (Can be very powerful but requires intense set up)
Vincent Meis: (one not boosted unit to 1)
Kerack Marine: (+4 in case of devotion)

=> I remeber the early days of Shieldwall. There many people considered the combo of 3 duells to be OP.
