Should I start a new game or can i continue from an old save ?

I decided to buy TW3 again after sold it for all the problems 1 month later the day one.
Should I start a new game or can i continue from an old save ? I've heard that there may be problems using old save...is it true ? I played like 10/20 hours or more, don' t remember....i was at bloody baron...
I play on PS4.

I couldnt use an old save when i uninstalled.

But I wanted to play from start anyway(4th time now)

Yeah, you should be able to use an old save.
