Turn OFF all options below. They're just cheap graphic tricks to give immersion but it makes it worse. Turn off HDR too.

Film Grain
Chromatic Aberration
Depth of Field
Lens Flare
Motion Blur

After Hotfix 1.04 on Playstation. See screenshots how much better it looks. Now it just needs to stop crashing randomly then it is perfect!

Well except I have one mission not marked completed in journal even though I really did kill my target and confirm with quest giver as well :/

Yeah that's not how mine looks after the update and I can only play it for 10-15 minutes max before it hard resets my PS4!
