Show Frame Rate?

I've read my book, looked online, searched the forums..cannot find the answer.How can I enable showing frame rate?

can this switch be implemented in a LUA script or something so that is enabled in-game?

Thanks everyone, havn't gamed on the computer ina long time, but recently got some upgrades so I could play a few RPG's.Will check out those apps..So I guess there is no ingame toggle like a lot of games have?

Yeah those commands would be handy if you could access the console in game with the ` or tilde key, but you cannot. I tried loading the main game up with Djinni once, it was an unpleasant experience resulting in much crashes ???
