Showing the map with one click

Hi guys,

I want to play the game without a minimap. But unfortunately haven't been able to find a way to show the large map quickly. Is there such way?

There is, swipe the touch pad upwards and it will bring up the big world map.

Additional info:

Press and hold the touch pad and inventory will be up directly

Wow, great, 200 hours in game, but I never discovered that

lol .. I'm about 400+ hours in and did't even know this !!! I have to swipe the touch pad down though (not up) for the big map to show, also when I press & hold the touch pad the inventory doesn't show.. only the black selection screen still.

Always mess around with the touch pad to test functionality. I just wish the speaker was used a bit.

I also accidentally discovered it hahaha there is no point in the game where it teaches you to use the touchpad swipe motion to bring up the map

As for the inventory I experimented too and when i press and hold it the inventory shows up directly instead of us browsing to the Characters, Alchemy etc.

Apparently Right-stick switches between shop Inventory and Geralt Inventory without have to navigate through all of Geralts items
