Good question. After entering photo mode, I notice that my computer is starting to sweat quite a lot. Component fans enter the fight for survival mode. It also seems to me that some elements of the graphics look better as if the graphics settings jumped to a higher level while using the photo mode, but maybe this is an illusion of a change in the camera perspective. Anyway, it probably won't add ray tracing or 4k resolution. : P Of course, that's my subjective feeling, and as we know, people have recently modified files and gained 15fps in their subjective feeling: D We know how it ended.photomod uses the game's graphics settings right?

Well, the rules of the competition prohibit post-production of screenshots, perhaps the winning works will be recreated by developers on more powerful machines for the presentation of the best works. Who knows, I also started to wonder about the sense of the competition as I recently read an article about a man who works as a professional screenshooter for several large studios and puts screenshots on rtx3090. Each of his screenshots looked better not because it presented a more interesting situation or had a better frame. It just looked less like a game and more like an artwork.

I have the same style of playing. 3h of games, 2h of which is photo-mode. On the other hand, I don't want to finish this game because I hear it's too short.

You should definitely participate! Everyone sees things differently..... yes 4k images are crisper than 1080p images.... however many times that is not what makes a photo great. I recommend sharing your vision with us by taking your very own screenshots. Here is a tip - Play Cyberpunk 2077..... when you find a place of interest... a place that catches your eye for a photo..... save your game. Next go to your graphic settings and set them to High/Ultra. Because you will be taking a photo or photos in this area.... you will not be running around... driving, etc. While standing still.... or moving around slightly for that perfect photo..... your computer can display the graphics much easier. Just a tip that helps me. When going into the game to take photos.... I typically set my graphics higher.... as I will not be looking for gun fights and fast action.
