Side mission, rescue bug, monitor broken

[Naaaapster]

I'm trying to complete the side quest "what will you find?" tipe, in this mission I have to rescue a netrunner, the problem is that I can't interact with the monitor because is turned off.

Try to reload a previous save, or this mission?

Just finished this gig, and didn't had any issue, though i might have been lucky.
