About that street system ...I came up with idea of "magnetic cyber street system" because of crowded streets. But I dont wanted to cars just fly like in Blade Runner, Idea of lanes simmilar to what we know from our streets seems to be more readable. Lanes are placed 20 meters above streets and car can join traffic from ground anywhere, and also leave traffic anytime...
so flats on 6 th floor are cheapest. ;D
