Silent dialogue when meeting the Touissant envoy in Holloway

I just finished Hearts of Stones and went straight to the village where you meet the envoy to start the expansion, the problem that is all of the dialogue and other sound effects in the cut scene are silent, I have subtitles and music playing but nothing else.
Patch 1.31

What language combo for voice / subtitles are you using?

Also, have you done the ol' verify o' th' cache?

(Also-also, thank you for defaulting to posting specs with a tech issue! I know it won't affect this particular case, but I just want to positively reinforce that habit. As much as possible. And publicize it with fireworks.)

Got it fixed by downloading gog galaxy and running the repair, thanks.
