silver ore in Flotsam?

I've checked the wiki, went to Cedric, and the other guy, they aren't selling silver ore. It's midnight, does the time affect where I can get it? I can't remember how else to get a silver sword! It's driving me mad.

I'm not sure, but I think that the blacksmith sells the silver ore.
