sings dont work

hi guys
When i was fighting with Imlerith i noticed that i couldnt use any of the signs. After getting getting back to novigrad i still cant use any signs. Dont know how it happened but it is a big problem. Tried to do a contract but couldnt progress since i cant use aard but i can use axi to while i am riding.
how can i fix this?

I had that happen to me too, I suppose there is some fracas when stopping to control Ciri who doesn't do signs. Anyway, throwing a Dimeterium (sp?) bomb at my feet and waiting for it to dissolve fixed it for me.
