Skellige style quest

Does anyone know why I don't have a quest marker to see where to go? It says "Win a unique card from Ermion" but it doesn't tell me where to go on the map.

Ermion could be anywhere based on how far into Skellige quests you are, but I think the game would still be able to tell you where he was standing - weird! If you haven't done the first part of the Skellige main story questline, I don't think Ermion is even available.

I've completed the game so I don't understand why it's doing this. It must be some kind of glitch
