Skellige women

Hi,
There is a women in Urialla harbor (Skellige isles) with quest mark. But i cant start the quest. Anybody know the reason?

She is related to "The Warriors' Path". Like the Druid near Gremist it appears she remains a quest giver if first spoken to after the quest is progressed.
