So, having done most of the side quests (That were visible to me so far) and likely not even through half of the main quests yet, I'm level 50 and Street cred 50... the highest skill progression I have though is only 13, and honestly the options I gain after 13 seem so redundant now... the "Ultimate" skill(perks) are completely useless and don't feel at all impactful to the game (maybe that'd change with a new game+ but as it is right now, they seem totally useless) skill progression XP needs to increase drastically, it seems to lag behind significantly while doing side quests etc.
It just feels like the Ultimate skills are totally pointless as by the time you've grinded for them, you're already completely overleveled/overpowered. Ultimate Skill/perks need to feel more meaningful and earlier in the game at that.
