Skirmish/Player VS AI mode question?

[h=3]Can I play GWENT in single player mode?[/h]In a nutshell: yes, but not during the upcoming Beta. We plan to release a fully featured single player adventure for GWENT, and a skirmish, player vs. AI mode.

I just read this on the Gwent Q and A site. I want to ask a couple of questions regarding this and the adventure if I may:

Is Skirmish and Player vs AI the same mode or different modes? If the latter what does skirmish entail?

SecondL While I understand the campains will be paid for, what of this/these modes? Will they be a free feature for people? Because if so that would be nice.

We dont know anything more about these modes.

They'll likely be free.

Skirmish could mean:
- Random matches vs AI.
- Matches vs Friends
- An Arena Style Gamemode. (But I have 0 evidence for this)
