Slight graphical quality degradation after patch 2.21

+
This patch reintroduced the same visual downgrades that firstly came with patch 2.0 : highlights where there shouldn't be, road reflectiveness being off in some conditions and neon lights being less bright/colorful and more muted, which were resolved in 2.1 (as mentioned in the relative patch notes).
Both times the patches that brought these had to do with ray reconstruction.
Please resolve this issue as it directly undermines the point of the new rr and dlss improvements by lessening the overall visual fidelity.
The before and after screenshots show some of the changes from 2.2 (top) to 2.21 (bottom), both taken at max settings, quality dlss, full raytracing set at psycho setting, no path tracing, no ray reconstruction and 1.10 gamma.

I get horrible pop in now with objects very close to me such as planters or road blocks or cement benches. Strange as I do not get bad DISTANT pop in from LOD. Crashing into them (because they pop in just as you get close to them ) is making me very irritated.

For me it has never looked as nice, some popin and the wet road isent as reflective as it was pre 2.0 but.

Yeah it seems that also got even worse in the last patch, there is also a lot of shadow pop in which wasn't as bad in 2.2 and previous

the dlss improvements are there, but what i'm talking about are relatively small graphical issues that add up to a noticebly worse looking game especially in non path tracing modes, i'd recommend you to take a screenshot in the same scene on a previous version and compare for yourself, unmodded.

Perhaps, i never played in non pathtracing since it came out so i wouldent know. The RR blur is much better atleast and ghosting is almost totaly gone the little time ive played after the patch. Would not play without my Gits mod witch does some nice stuff for Rt so wouldent know how it looks without it either. Vanilla might look worse but for me it has been an improvment so far, the blurry ghosting was more annoying for me.

The Pop ins are absolutely awfull. It's so heavy now. Cant believe they Shadow Bug in trees still there
That bug is infuriating, and unfortunately it does not only affect trees, but also npc models. Try walking around and you will see black patches appearing and disappearing on pedestrians as you approach them, that's a lod issue. Also hair show this kind of behavior (Misty's hair are f*cked up) and their shadows are not rendered correctly in many cases. Last but not least, vegetation shadows have been static for ages. I wonder what prevents them from fixing this...

The shadow pop in is the worst since there aren't even mods for it, i don't remember it being as noticeable in earlier 2.1 patches but maybe i never noticed, what stends out to me in this latest patch tho is that there seem to be slight lighting problems too like in the screenshots, i don't know if the glow on neon lights seems reduced because of the new dlss, but the weird highlights make no sense.

hmm not sure i undertsand what you mean with glow, is it the halo effect on the neon? That does seem a bit reduced in the second screenshot. Ill go there and test it out
