Small perk change suggestion.

Iv been playing a body build on Very Hard. Vanilla, my first time playing Phantom Liberty.
It really feels like Blood Lust should proc on every takedown and Pain to Gain should proc on Dismember.
I even have rational thoughts to back it up.

Currently its the other way around and it feels VERY difficult to proc Blood Lust and too easy to proc Pain to Gain.
Which makes it feel like Blood lust does NOTHING and Pain to gain is so simple that you dont NOTICE either and it feels dissapointing like the Body tree isnt actually giving you but 100 health. All you know is you have adrenaline sometimes and you MIGHT have gotten to click your health item an extra time but would you really bet money that you had adrenaline up for very many of those kills?

Blood Lust in practice right now is you have to use a health item and then to make that charge heal a mere extra +50 that degenerates, you have to use specific weapons and hope Rng procs dismember, before your adrenaline decays or gets shot off of you. Its just not enough of a reward for all of the difficulty of getting those things to line up perfectly.

However if you gain +50 on every takedown during adrenaline, and then Pain to gain is dismember only but you have better uptime on adrenaline, I really think thats better in every way. Your capstone gets an extra condition but its not that hard to meet now that adrenaline has more uptime. People reading the capstone, Pain to Gain, have to think for a few seconds, hmm how am I going to make sure I proc this? oh thats easy enough, I just get my dismember weapon when I use a healing charge.
Getting back 20-60% of my health charge IS actually worth that amount of work to switch weapons and hope It procs

It sudden becomes a much better Duo. I dont think itl be much stronger it MIGHT be but to be honest since the start of the game bodys been missing something, at no point that iv played did having 20 Body and all the useful perks feel like I had a lot of health. This could make Body actually give enough health that you dont have to go 15+ Tech for Armor/Resistances.
Body will finially do what it says on the tag and actually give a lot of health. Ads some build diversity.
