So CDPR never wants GAEA players to transfer?

Many players, Chinese and international, including myself in China’s Gaea server never got a chance to transfer our account to the international server for various reasons. The transfer period is only 6 months and there is no email sent to our account-bound email concerning the transfer procedure. By the time most of us found out it already passed the transfer period. IF this is what CDPR does to the players who love them, I doubt there will be any future for this firm. Look at how this once-great game Gwent is going. The reason why games like Marvel snap (I would call this gwent copy cat) is flourishing is obvious: they care about the players and CDPR does not.

What is going on? We paid for the online content and our rights were ignored.

As a Chinese user, I really love Gwent. I've put a lot of effort into my account. However, there aren't enough players in China to support the server's operating costs, and my account has been locked to the Chinese server. I don't know how to transfer my account out. could someone from CDPR please help me.
