So DB2 Satara recipe is bugged ,confirmed?

This is the only tech shotgun in game ,however no one seems know how to find out epic and legendary recipe for crafting.
It is also worse that this one has no iconic version ...
So please CDPR do not be so cruel to tech shotguns ....

Back to the point if anyone can find the legendary recipe, please let me know

Heyo - if you search online for the hidden Maelstrom merchant you can get Legendary Satara by following the video walkthroughs.
Make sure to have proper leg attachments for getting out!

however there are no recipes without modding the game
